Bryan Becker from Hartland, Wisconsin realized his passion for art at a very young age. He was a self-taught potter through high school and later received his ceramic and business degree from Carroll College in Waukesha, WI. In 1983 he established Bryan Becker Clay Werks as a retail and wholesale pottery studio. In 1998 Bryan moved his business to a 1928 dairy bar, which is now home to 4000 sq. feet of gallery, studio and classrooms. Bryan’s passions other than art are his two daughters, fishing and building log cabins in northern Wisconsin.
Bryan’s pottery is handmade on a potter’s wheel and fired to 2345 degrees. Bryan only uses lead-free glazes. All of his work is food-microwave-oven safe. His pieces are very durable and perfect for everyday use.
